Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Clinical Supervision and Case Consultation
If you are an LMHC needing a supervisor to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or just looking for guidance and support, I’d love to help you grow in your practice. As a board-certified LPCC Supervisor approved by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board, I’m here to provide Clinical Supervision and Case Consultation in a way that feels collaborative, empowering, and practical. I'm always happy to coordinate with group practices who are looking to outsource their clinical supervision as well.
What I Offer:
Clinical Supervision: Whether you’re working toward independent licensure or just starting your journey as a therapist, I’m here to help you build confidence, sharpen your clinical skills, and navigate the ups and downs of this profession.
Case Consultation: Got a tricky case or need a fresh perspective? Let’s dive in together. I’ll help you explore strategies, integrate trauma-informed approaches, and consider creative ways to meet your client’s needs.
How I Work:
My approach to supervision is all about creating a space where you feel supported and safe to ask questions, reflect on your experiences, and grow into the therapist you want to be. I believe in meeting you where you are and tailoring our time together to fit your goals and learning style.
A Little About My Clinical Work:
I specialize in trauma-focused somatic work (especially EMDR and IFS informed parts work) and have a deep understanding of the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent clients, and those affected by systemic oppression. I use a lot of body based somatic and mindfulness approaches with my clients and am happy to share what I've learned with others. My hope is to share what I’ve learned along the way so you feel equipped to make a difference in your clients’ lives while staying true to your own values and strengths.
I have experience facilitating therapy groups including: Expressive Arts and Grief, A Women's Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model group, Complex Grief Support, DBT group, and Alcohol and Drug Use Diversion Groups.
Options to Fit Your Needs:
I offer both in-person supervision in Rio Rancho and telehealth options for convenience. Whether you’re working in a rural community, a city, or somewhere in between, I understand the diverse challenges counselors face and can provide tailored support. I have had years of experience in rural community mental health care prior to moving into private practice.
Let’s work together to help you thrive in your counseling career. If you’re interested in supervision or consultation, feel free to reach out through my "contact" page—I’d love to hear from you!
